* Create `gitea_password` Organization Secret at init.

Create secret named `gitea-oauth-creds`, with keys `DRONE_GITEA_CLIENT_ID` and `DRONE_GITEA_CLIENT_SECRET`. Remember also to create an Organization Secret named `gitea_password` for pulling.
